It’s summer (and the sun has got his hat on) which mean I’m likely to have a floral explosion – it happens every year … the sun comes out, I make attempts at gardening, and then retreat to floral clothes cause I do not have green fingers.
Panache always have some pretty awesome floral prints and this season’s Thea is no different. Made in a soft pink with a vibrant pink and purple pattern this set is summer personified in bra and panty form – especially with the subtle cream lace edging at the top of the cups.
I’m wearing the set in a 34H bra and an 18 brief. It fits me very very well with the central gore siting flush between by boobs and the wide back band sits beautifully, erasing my back fat and pushing the misplaced bra tissue back into the cup where it belongs. I would say, however, that the back is generous (I’m more often a 36) and the cup is a little shallow – if it weren’t for the stretch lace I probably would have needed a HH.
The cups are made with a slight stretch to the lace at the top which is great for my slightly wonky boobs as it makes them appear more even with the cup fitting both boobs without any wrinkling, gaping, buckling, or double boob.
The pants are very true to size and fit fairly perfectly. A 20 would have fitted well and come up just that little bit higher around my waist to make them a little fuller in the coverage but I quite like a pant to sit a bit lower for when wearing jeans or capris through the summer months.
The bra is more than comfy – I have worn it to death since purchasing as I love the high, full, rounded shape it gives my breasts and it has very little movement through the course of the day … I find I have to often jiggle to readjust my bras to maintain a good fit throughout the day but it is not necessary here.
Unfortunately, in these photos, I’d caught the sun somewhat any my chest turned the same colour as the floral pattern.
The bra is priced at £32 with the matching bottoms coming to £15 which is fairly normal for a Panache set and, judging by the durability of previous Panache sets, I’m fairly certain this will last the distance.
