Marie Antoinette – Let Them Eat Cake Wishlist

Marie Antoinette – Let Them Eat Cake Wishlist

I have a photoshoot coming up in a few weeks time – it will be my second lingerie shoot and I’m stupidly excited about it.  You can see my first shoot here.

I love having my hair and make up done, dressing up in my favourite smalls, and prancing about in front of the camera.   There’s something very empowering about it – it makes me feel like myself at my very best.  It helps if you’re with a friend that is supportive or if you have an enthusiastic photographer to boost your confidence.  If not, then play some music, have a glass of fizz and boogie on down – you’re look like and feel like you’re having a hoot!

My first shoot was rather classic – black and nude lingerie and classic curls and red lips.   I’d like this shoot to be a little different.  I’m thinking Marie Antoinette (the Kirsten Dunst version), with cake, pearls, red lips, pastel lingerie & many, many flowers.

Only problem is, I don’t have much pastel lingerie!   So here’s my shopping list …

Now I’m sure I won’t buy all of these!   I mean I do have a very limited bank balance so this is my wish list.

What about you?  Do you have any bright ideas for concept photos shoots?   I’d love to hear all about them.

Ahhhh! That’s so exciting! I love the Marie Anoinette theme! Oddly, I’m quite understated in decor etc, but I LOVE out utterly outlandish the french were, Versaille etc. If it was done today it would be garish but somehow it works.
I kind of feel the same way about lingerie, as in I like the crazy stuff.
Dottie’s Delight’s recent stuff I think is perfect for this…
    Good luck with the shoot!
