I have fallen into a photo rut.
I began by trying to liven up my photos with a new backdrop – something a little different. Instead, my difference has turned into a new obsession. Woods are very much my thing right now – my instagram feed is insanely full of woodland pictures and, I’m both afraid and glad to say, it won’t be changing any time soon.
I’d say it is just an autumn affair; the changing colours of the trees is inspiring the shoots. But I know that I’m already praying for a snowy winter for woodland snow scenes. I’m also planning bluebells and spring dresses.
You see, the obsession with woodlands is all dominating. Perhaps, I was a wood nymph in a past life. They do exist …right?
So, I’m sorry (not-sorry) if you’re tired of the woodland backdrops but here I am again; in the woods, featuring the second in my Quiet in the Wild series of autumn/winter lingerie with BraStop.
Flirtelle is BraStop’s own range of fuller bust underwear. It is a fun, playful range that is competitively priced against the likes of Curvy Kate and Pour Moi? (both of which are also available to purchase at BraStop). The range runs from a 28 to a 44 brand and a DD to K cup and the matching briefs run from an 8 to a 24, making this quite an inclusive fuller bust brand.
I’m wearing the Rebecca bra* which is a vibrant coloured moulded bra with a subtle, uplifting plunge shape. The band is lined with lace and the material of the cups is very soft and slinky which feels amazing against the skin.
I’m wearing a 36H and the fit is near perfect; the back band sits low and offers great support and the cups give a forward, projected shape to my breast tissue. The cups are just a little bit shallow, even though I’m wearing a cup size larger than my normal GG. I would suggest going up at least one cup size in this bra which fits very similarly to the Curvy Kate range of moulded bras.
I can just about get away with the H cup, although menstrual swelling means this bra will have double boob during my period or if I gain boob-mass from weights (I’m telling you, this happen every time I weight up at the gym).
I’ve had the bra for a few weeks now and I’m pleased to say that it has remained comfortable through long (very long) days in the office as well as though dreadful 12 hour days when I need to commute to London.
In fact, the bra has remained so comfortable and supportive that it has quickly become one of my go-to bras for daily wear; featuring up there with my Daily Dream (available to buy here) and Elomi Bijou (available to buy here).
The Flirtelle Rebecca is on the more affordable end of the specialist, fuller bust market. It retails at £32 for the bra and £16 for the brief. However, Brastop are known for their amazing sales and the Rebecca set (at the time of writing this) is on sale for over 40% off. This means you can purchase this beautiful set for just £28.
I hope you’re not bored of the woodland pictures … there are more to come!
